Guildford based four-piece band District 6 have been making a name for themselves with their dynamic indie-rock sound. One reviewer commented that ‘D6 hypnotise with slowburning atmospherics somewhere between Foals and Joy Division plus a small measure of Radiohead. This is really dynamic stuff.’ The band, who released their (entirely) self-produced debut album at the end of 2011, have appeared on the main stage at Guilfest and headlined gigs around Guildford and London’s Camden Town.
